how do I get a wordpress blog that scrolls horizontally?

Hi I still have a free wordpress account but wondering if I could have a horizontal scroll is there a free theme that does this and how or do I have to pay for a premium to achieve this?

I have seen a photographer use a horizontal scroll powered by wordpress but do not know what theme -
I don’t know of a theme on wordpress.com with that feature. The only themes we can use here are
dashboard—>appearance—>themes

The photo galleries have a horizontal scroll aspect to them – there are arrows on the left and right side of the pictures to move you to the next or previous picture – is that maybe what you are thinking about?
If so – the Galleries are standard in I think all the themes here – others know more about the galleries than I do and can give you better help
