How do I get access to a website created in my name?

Someone created https://suziesiegel.wordpress.com for me, but she was never able to successfully transfer it to my account. I’ve contacted WordPress with no luck, and no one else has been able to help me. I either need access to this site, or it needs to be taken down. The person who created it won’t help me any more. I’m happy to pay for Premium or whatever I need to do.

You can either try to recover the account or try to report it for violation.
For account recovery, please fill out the account recovery form (https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery) and the staff will get in touch with you as soon as possible.
