How do I get access to my blog?
-
My domain expired for my blog so I changed it from awhiskandamile.com to awhiskandamile.wordpress.com. Somehow I’m no longer able to access the dashboard, and when I try to sign in, I get an error message saying that I’m not the admin and I need to get permission from the admin to access my blog.
Essentially, I’d like to just shut down my blog, but I can’t do that without being able to access the dashboard. How do I regain access?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
You had a self-hosted blog at http://www.awhiskandamile.com linked to your account with Jetpack, but the WordPress.com blog at http://awhiskandamile.wordpress.com/ is linked to a different WordPress.com account. You’ll need to log in to the account that owns that blog in order to manage it.
If you know the username or email address you used to set up that WordPress.com blog, you can reset your password here:
https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
Otherwise, you can get help regaining access to that account by filling out this form:
https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery
Our account recovery team will reply via email to discuss the private details about that account. (We reply to those inquiries in the order in which they are received.)
