  I do not want to post this question in the forums- this is asinine. How do I get ahold of customer service?

  You can reach email or live chat support on our paid plans. Since you do not have any upgrade, the forum is the way to go.

  I don’t see any sites under your account, what’s the address of the site you’re working on?
