how do I get all the content from my site?

  I need backup of the website content and sql dump file. I am trying to transfer my site content to mywebbiehosting.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I still need help with this, I am trying to move to wordpress.org. I have my site hosted at mywebbiehosting.com. I need to generate a backup of the website content and an sql dump file.
