How do I get an e-mail for my domain?

  Greetings,
  I want to have an email for my domain… maybe more than one.
  For example: (email visible only to moderators and staff)
  And one more question, how can I send mails to my followers, even if not bloggers..

  You can setup email following this guide: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/add-email/

  All of your email followers will receive your posts via email. Do you mean that you want to send email to them without posting? If so, that is not possible at this time.
