How do I get an HTML tab (next to Visual) in my "edit post" section?

  In my posts’ “edit” section, there are two tabs: Visual and Text. Why is there not an HTML tab as I’ve seen in other WordPress blogs?

  someone changed the name – the Text tab does the same as the html tab did
