How do I get an "Install Themes" tab?

  I do not have an “Install Themes” tab in my Appearance menu. How do I get there?

  With WordPress.COM blogs, the only themes we can use are found under
  Appearance—>Themes.

  Please read about the different flavors of WordPress:

  You can also take a look at the themes available on wp.COM here:
  http://theme.wordpress.com/

  If you have found a theme somewhere online that you absolutely must have, then you will need to buy a domain name, pay a host, and if you like use the free software from wp.ORG to set up your site. Be aware that besides the expense of the domain name and hosting that you will be responsible for any problems which come up with your site.
