At WordPress.com, posts are displayed on the home page with the latest one at the top by default.
If you would like to display the posts on a page like the ‘Blog’ page you have created, then you can set a static front page and a posts page from Settings > Reading in your blog dashboard. Note that this will override the current content on the ‘Blog’ page and make it so posts display there instead.

Pages are static: for information that does not change, like an “about” page or a “contact” page. Pages can not be tagged or categorized. In most themes here pages do not have dates.

Posts are shown on your dynamic front page. Some themes call this “home” others “blog” (or perhaps other designations). Your latest post is on top of this home page, followed by posts you made earlier. You should limit the number of posts on your page for faster loading of your blog. Also, readers don’t necessarily want to scroll to the bottom of 100 posts. Use categories and a category widget so readers can find posts of interest to them.
When you limit the number of posts on the front page, your older posts are automatically archived.
You can make a page with archive shortcode for people to see a list of your articles.
You can use an archive widget or a calendar widget so folk can read earlier posts.http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/
