How do I get Audio Blog to deliver to Word Press?

  I am using Audio blog to record audio to my word press account. This is because I do a podcast and want people accessing my word press blog to hear my podcasts. How do I find the XML feed that Audio Blog want from Word Press? Thanks very much. If you can give me the feed that would help to. I will talk to you later.

  What is your blog URL and what is the podcast URL? What format are you using to put it in your blog?
