How do i set domain and hosting on wordpress, becasue i have already purchased domain from one.com site. But they are asking me auth-id for transferring my domain. Where from do i get Auth-id , and what is the procedure of manually domain setting?

I just want to make sure I understand what you’re trying to do, but I think I do.
You purchased a domain from one.com, but you want to have your site on WordPress.com. If that is right here is what you would need to do.
You would have to purchase the Domain Mapping for an existing domain and then change your name servers with one.com to point the domain to WordPress.com.

I have already purchased techyahoo.com domain for my wordpress site, even then for mapping that domain will i have to pay another 13bucks individually to wordpress ?
When i click on mapping domain and try to add my domain there , i am asked there to pay 13$ for mapping domain.
Why do i pay when i have already purchased domain from one.com?

The free version of WordPress.com allows you to use a WordPress.com for free, for you techyahoo.wordpress.com.
If you wish to use a custom domain name such as techyahoo.com then it is considered an Add-On to the free service and is charged at the $13.
Had you registered the domain name through WordPress.com then you would have received the domain registration and domain mapping for $18.
Again this is only if you intend to use the techyahoo.com domain name to point to a website setup on WordPress.com.

If you have the domain name already registered elsewhere, like with one.com, you only need to setup the Domain Mapping on WordPress.com and then change your name servers at one.com so that they point your domain to WordPress.com.

This email i got from one.com.
“The domain “techyahoo.com” has not yet been transferred to us. This is why you are unable to use the 1-click WordPress option. To complete the transfer, please enter the Auth ID in a link in the email with the subject “techyahoo.com @ One.com”. The Auth ID can be acquired by contacting your previous hosting company for the said domain and requesting it from them.”
They are asking me to provide them “Auth-id” now where from i get Auth-id . how do i get this id from wordpress?
I’m confused there is no option getting Auth id in wordpress , you help me sir in getting this Auth-id . So that i could send them and confirm that the techyahoo.wordpress.com is mine.

That makes things much more clear.
I assumed that you did already purchase the domain techyahoo.com from one.com. However now that I look into it I don’t believe that to be the case.The domain techyahoo.com has been registered since 2006 to, I believe, someone else.
You can see the information regarding the domain here, http://moniker.com/service/whois-search?domain=techyahoo.comWhen you signed up for WordPress.com with techyahoo.wordpress.com this does not get you techyahoo.com.
My advice would be to if you want to use your own domain name, to try to find one which isn’t already registered.
