How do I get back into my website developed on Word Press?

  Some months back I used Word Press to develop a web site eflowersalive.com.au . Lately a web designer messed up a working site and now unable to get into word press to fix the issue. We are hosted by Hosting Bay. What can I do with this Domain Name to get it working again with my email (email visible only to moderators and staff) not working either? Desperate Ron (email visible only to moderators and staff)
