I just re-registered my domain name via WordPress after it expired but I am still not seeing it on my page. My business is halted and all of my employees and myself are locked out of our email because our domain name expired. We re-registered it around 2pm today. Where do I find the domain name and how- and also when- can I get my email working again? Thank you so much for your help.

I also would love to know when this problem will be fixed. Also the person who was helping me on chat said that the domain name wasn’t attached to my wordpress, that it was attached to someone else’s account that had helped me with the website years ago.
I still can’t find it on my dashboard and I would love to know if thats because it just takes time or if there is still a problem because I need to fix my email address because I am losing business and it’s been down all day. Thank you so much for the help.

Staff work through all forum threads tagged for their attention and through all email support tickets created by email and support form use in order of datestamps and timestamps – first posted first served, as would be expected.
How long it takes to clear the support tickets and any forum threads tagged for their attention depends on how many Happiness Engineers are working on them at any given point in time. It also depends on how complex the issues in each thread and ticket are are.

My question really is this: if I re-register my domain name do I see it immediately show up when I click ‘Domains’ on my WordPress? Because I don’t see it and that was the problem I was having earlier when I was trying to re-register the domain.
Or is that what I’m waiting for? Thank you!
