How do I get consistency of design between two blogs?
-
Hi there, I am trying to set up a new blog and, for consistency want my two blogs to look the same.
The blog I am trying to set up is
http://epicureofmodestmeans.wordpress.com/
and I want it to look like:
http://retrofoodformoderntimes.wordpress.com
Can you please help me to
1 Have the banner (being the area where the about, contact me etc lies) be the same colour as the older blog
2 Drop the banner to below the title and subtitle as in the older blog
3 The new blog seems a lot smaller in font and view. Is it possible to make it bigger (more like the size of the older blog?Thank you in advance and apologies if these questions are silly.
CheersTaryn
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The banner will come below the title and subtitle when a menu is added (as in the about, contact me, pages). Which you can do at Appearance -> Menu.
To me I can’t see any difference in colour of the banner, and the font and view seem to be the same. But you can always have a look at the Appearance -> Customize sections, and make sure that the new site has the same things selected as the old one. As for view, it may be that you either zoomed out on the new blog, or zoomed in on the new one without realising (since the zoom will usually say on that page permanently)
No questions are silly, we are here to help!
