How do I get content on to my static home page?

  I am new to WordPress. I purchased the Zuki theme, and set up a static home page and blog page as instructed in the video, customizing the front page with the widgets provided, eg. Zuki Recent Posts, however, when I post something, nothing shows up on the home page. How do I get content on to the static home page?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  I see that you set the page Front as your static front page, but it’s currently empty as seen here:

  Front

  Edit that page to add whatever you want and it won’t be empty. You can edit it via this direct link:

  https://fordogloversonly.wordpress.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=25&action=edit

  I tried to publish something to the front page, but nothing is showing up. Even if it did – where would it go? I have many different sections on the front page (Zuki widgets). How do you get it to the correct area.

  Have you taken a look at Zuki’s support page?

  If you look under: Creating A Custom Front Page it will provide you instructions on setting up that page.

  In addition, since you purchased the Premium Theme you can get support directly from the theme author here:

  http://premium-themes.forums.wordpress.com/forum/zuki

  Ok. I have been able to put some test posts on excerpts of which are showing up on the home page, but I can’t seem to get excerpts to the other widgets. I have a number of different widgets for recent posts relating to different areas, but the posts are showing up under only one of the recent post widgets.

  I just took a look at your site and I’m seeing excerpts under every post on your front page. Are you still seeing some missing excerpts?

  Just to note, it looks like you’re using your navigation menu as your Social menu. The social menu turns your links into social media icons. For example, here’s the Social menu in the Zuki demo:
