How do I get direct support using WordPress.com?

    I posted my problem on this forum, as directed, but no-one has responded. It was almost a week ago now. In the meantime I am still getting complaints from readers because they can’t ‘like’ or comment on my posts without having to register/sign in with e-mail address etc.

    I have been into the settings and made sure the settings for this are unchecked – ‘Comment author must fill out name and e-mail” and “Users must be registered and logged in to comment”.

    With those UNselected, why are my followers still being required to jump those these hoops and how can we get that changed? How do I get someone to get this fault in my site rectified if I can’t contact anyone? All help much appreciated! Thanks.
