How do I get directly in touch with support

I cannot log onto my blog. I need answers from support staff who know.

If you have paid upgrades, you can contact them from your dashboard Help button. Otherwise, if you insist on staff help rather than volunteer help, you will have to wait till one of them checks out the forum. Given it’s Friday after normal North American working hours, it could be a couple of days.

Thanks for the answer. The whole problem is I can’t log onto my blog to get to my dashboard. I am logging in to the forum with the email and password to a previous blog that I had cancelled. I will take any kind of help I can get from any source I can get. My original question sat on the forum for a day with no responses. So if you have any suggestions on how to get into my blog, am willing and thankful to here them.

What is the URL of the blog you can’t get into? Without that info nobody can do much to help you including the staff
