WordPress. Email. Support. I can’t send emails I keep getting kick backs. I have been on a chat with support since 8pm last night night and they just keep throwing terms and words that make no sense back at me no matter how many times I tell them to speak in normal English.

Be aware that there is rarely every a question asked and answered by Staff that has not been asked and answered in these support forums by either Volunteers or Staff many times over.

Is your mother tongue English? If not, we do have support forums in other languages I can direct you to.
Without doubt blogging requires learning the terms associated with it just as one has to learn the associated terms for learning any new endeavor.

So where in this forum thing is the question answered as to why I can’t send emails? I have not found it in the last 24 hours. And yes… this is my business that I am missing out on so potential financial income.
What is a sidebar tag?
Is that right?
I have not gotten a response to that contact form the many times I have submitted it other than a message asking if I was satisfied with the support. I have been on that chat window thing since 8pm yesterday and gotten no help what so ever.

What does blogging have to do with any of it?
This is a blogging platform and a blog is a website. The difference between a post based blog and page based website is merely semantics and structure.

It sure seems a lot more different than semantics and structure. The “blog” email that I pay for does not work for whatever semantic or structural reason that WordPress seems not interested helping with.

What is the URL starting with http:// of the site you pay for?
And who do you pay for an email address?I’m asking because
- http://greatnorthrealestatecom.wordpress.com/ is devoid of any blogger created content at all.
- https://reatnorthrealestate11.wordpress.com doesn’t exist.
- http://greatnorthrealestate.com is not registered yet.
- And, WordPress.com does not provide an email service for blogs on their sub domains or on custom domains.

I don’t think great north real estate should be registered. At least not by me.
Well I pay word press an extra $50 for email for a website on… whatever the website is. A domain or sub-domain or something.

No it was not a mistake. After 20 hours no help what so ever and just the same high and mighty bullcrap from the WordPress people I absolutely cancelled. What am I supposed to do? I didn’t pay you people to belittle me while costing me business and time.
