How do I get help from a Customer Service agent?

    I let an old website and domain expire and I want to start it up again but I can’t seem to access it. Can I get in touch with anyone who can help, not via forums?

    That is also not the blog I need help with. This is a really unhelpful “help & support” user experience.

    Hi there,
    Accounts that don’t currently have a paid upgrade do use the forums for support. What was the domain name that had expired, and we can help? Let’s see if it was hosted here at WordPress.com or on another hosting company. In theory, when a domain name expires on WordPress.com hosting, the content is still in your account. Since that’s not the case, let’s find out more about the site to help!
