how do I get help from WordPress?

I go round and round, and can’t get help from WP. I can’t logon to my other account, and can’t get help from WP. Not sure what to do. It just sends me to Forums.

Forums is the right place since you’re on a free account.
I’ve typed modlook into the Tags section on the right. This will flag this post for a moderator to help you with logging in to your other account. In the meantime, if you have any more details that will help them, post them in here. You can post any email address information that you have; moderators will be able to see it but it will be redacted from public view.

do I have pay for an annual Premium account just to get my get my User and password? my other site is https://sonlightministries.wordpress.com/
I logged out , but can’t login. I’ve tried every User name, every email address, and it can’t find ANY username for this account. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING. I don’t recall changing it.
the account was setup years ago, and I can’t find the 3 “VERIFICATION” info needed to recover username. -

No, you don’t have to pay to get your information back.
The moderators will typically send you an email to the email address that they have on file and go from there. They’ll usually get to your post within the day.

I think the email associated with this account is (email visible only to moderators and staff). my personal email is (email visible only to moderators and staff) or (email visible only to moderators and staff)

@prosourcemedia none of the addresses you mentioned match, but I’ve sent an email to the address that is on file. Can you check any others you may have?
