How do I get help if my support forum post isn't responded to?

    Hello,
    I put a post in this forum earlier and so far have had no replied (Domain mapping issues – sub-domain registered to another user). If noone replies to help, is there another way I can contact WordPress staff?

    Hi, I appreciate the short amount of time that has passed since my last post, and wasn’t complaining at all about this. I just know that generally the response time is pretty fast here and can see that previous posts of this kind of nature have gone without a response (it’s obviously a bit of a tricky issue) so I wanted to know what other options I have for support.

    I really just wanted to know if there were other services, i.e. an email address or phone number, that would put me in contact with a support team member?

    I can see you’re exceptionally helpful on this forum so I think this must be down to some confusion – apologies for my part, I must be more specific!
