How do I get help with Jetpack Statistics?

    This is insane. What do I have to do to be able to talk to a live tech support person?? Why doesn’t WordPress.com have live phone tech support as GoDaddy does??

    I went through Jetpack’s endless series of questions and got a message that they are off on an island somewhere planning new ways to drive customers crazy.

    Well, we cannot help you with Jetpack. You can try the Jetpack sub-forum at WordPress.ORG, or you can wait till the Jetpackers are back at their desk. Those are your options.

    You pay Godaddy for their services, so they pay phone support people.
