how do i get images to pop up in same window as per blogger?

  hi there

  I am new to wordpress.org…trying to insert images (med size) and then when u click, they open up/expand in the same window…like they do in blogger?

  OR – as per this example – they open in same window as a kind of slide set?

  Hi, this should work-

  You are trying to actually create a gallery of multiple images. In your post/page do the following:

  • Click ‘Add Media’
  • Select multiple images by clicking on them. You will see a blue checkmark on each image that you select.
  • Click ‘Continue”
  • On the next window, select the layout for the image display and then change the ‘Link to’ to “None”

  Hi there,

  To just open the full size version of a single image follow these steps:

  1) Insert the image
  2) Click the image
  3) Click the link icon in the editor toolbar. The image URL should be pre-filled, so just add the link.

  When you publish the post the image will be clickable and lead to the full size version.

  The gallery carousel option will be used if you insert multiple images at the same time.
