How do i get invited authors to post?

I invite new members to be authors and then they can’t post. What can i do?

It looks like one of them has already made a post.
What sort of trouble is the other one having?

It worked because he registered and then i sent an invite to his wordpress account. It does not work if i send it directly to their email address. In that circumstance, even if they accept my list of users still recognizes them as “waiting”.
Its a simple workaround but from your boards it appears im not the only one with the emailing problem.
