How do I get 'Leave a Comment' option to display at end of post instead of top?

  Leave a Comment option only appears after date at top of post. How do I get it to display at bottom of post?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You cannot do that, except if you have the Custom Design upgrade.
  Without the upgrade you can only switch to a different theme.

  I just purchased the upgrade for custom design, but still don’t see how to get the comment section at the end of a post.
