How do I get Like and Follow buttons/widgets to show on each blog post?

I can’t seem to get the Like or Follow widgets to show at the end of each blog post. What am I doing wrong? They are supposed to appear automatically but they don’t. Please help?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
By default, all WordPress.com blogs display the Like button under each post.
You also have the Like button activated for your posts.See the post below, scroll to the very end of the post to find the Like option.
You can add a Follow Blog widget to your blog. It enables your readers to sign up to receive your posts via email.

Your old site is hosted at WordPress.com and every WordPress.com blog includes the Like system.
The new site http://antoinetteolivia.com/ is not hosted on WordPress.com.
So for the Likes feature to work on your website, you need to connect Jetpack with your website.Jetpack provides all the awesome features available for WordPress.com sites to other self-hosted websites.
