By default the front page of the blog is the only page that will display all published posts on it. As soon as you publish a post not a page the error message appearing on every new WordPress.COM blog will be gone. http://en.support.wordpress.com/post-vs-page/

Please be aware that it takes weeks for search engines to index content in a new blog and/or to re-index content under a new URL. What attracts search engines is unique content in posts (not pages) that cannot be found anywhere else on the internet. You have not much on your site – a few static pages and the front page is the “nothing found” since you don’t have any Posts
You need to make some Posts, when you publish a Post your blog calls up the search engines and says “something new, stop on by”
As noted above – Pages don’t search well – especially on a new blog with no Posts
