How do I get multiple pages on my blog

  My blog is sacredstitch.wordpress.com
  I have months of content which is all on the main page so the load time is ridiculous.
  I have seen wordpress blogs with the main page haveing different pages so only about 10 or so posts are on each page.
  How can I do this?

  Settings > Reading > set desired number in “Blog pages show at most” > click Save Changes.
