How do i get my $25 back? I didn't get what I wanted

I tried to get a .com address… that is what I applied for when I signed up for the blog. Instead I got a regular .wordpress.com address. I have no idea what happened, but I don’t want this. I feel like I have been scammed. Maybe I haven’t been scammed but $25 is an awful lot of money to pay for something that I DON’T want. I have made a dispute with Paypal, but I don’t know what else to do.

Contact staff and explain that following the instructions didn’t get you what you wanted, and tell them exactly what you DO want. Use hte Help button on your Dashboard and click “contact Happiness Engineers”.
Believe me, you’re not the first person to have this problem. The instructions need to be rewritten; we get this a LOT.

You got exactly what you paid for, you just didn’t set your purchased domain as Primary via Store -> Domains in the blog’s Dashboard.
