  Have you tried contacting AmEx as to why the transaction declined?

  Hi elzrjose. Thanks for getting back so quickly. I will do. Also can you help with another item. I actually wanted to enter another name for the blog but when I tried to back out of the template, the site accepted the “free” application as Howie88 even though I want to pay for a .com site with another name. How do I reverse – and pay! h
