How do I get my avatar to crop and fit?

  I tried several times this morning and I can’t get it to crop.

  How large of an image are you trying to crop? The profile pic/avatar is 128 pixels by 128 pixels. If the pic is too large it will only crop parts of it to fit the dimensions.
