How do I get my blog into a "Read Blogs" catagory?

  Need instructions on how to have my blog appear on one of the catagories that appear when I click on the “Read Blogs” tab found on the WordPress home page. One of the catagories listed is “ORANGE COUNTY REAL ESTATE.” How do I get my blog to appear on that catagory (Or on any one of the other catagories, such as “ART” or “FOOD”, or “ENTERTAINMENT”, etc.?).
