HOW DO I ….. get my blog order to change

I want my blogs to show up in natural order. The first one being on top and the second falling below that (not above like it automatically does) and so forth. In the support tab is says to hover over the blog title…. I can’t find any options popping up to change the order. What am I doing wrong? Or is there a trick I just don’t know about.
I’m new to this site and any help would be appreciated! i am still learning how to take full advantage of this site!The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Blogs by nature order posts in reverse chronological order (newest at top). There is no way to change that at wordpress.com.
Also consider that not everyone coming to your blog is a first-time visitor. For those that have been following you for a while it means they have to page through page after page after page of posts they have already read.
