How Do I Get My Blog Out There???

    How do I get my Blog in front of viewers without using some of the tools in WordPress,I am not a genius with a PC,and I just want visitors,I have posted 1 Blog Post so far,but,if I am going to Blog any more then,I really need to know that I will/might get some visitors.
