How do I get my blog posts on my website? The RSS doesn't seem to be working.
-
I have a GoDaddy website. I am trying to get my blog to appear on that website using their RSS-based widget, which works well for one of my other blogs. So far, it only picked up the first three posts. I have made additional posts but nothing has fed into my website. My WordPress blog is YourPsychicBusiness. Do I have to enable something?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi, you are in the wrong forum.
This forum is for blogs/sites hosted in WordPress.com.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and different http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
And you should ask in the WordPress.org forum
http://wordpress.org/support/ -
My blog IS hosted on WordPress.com.
It simply appears via RSS feed on my website.
The RSS feed isn’t working, apparently.

Your RSS —> http://yourpsychicbusiness.wordpress.com/feed/
works fine for me.The problem is in your GoDaddy website. And as I told you, that website is not hosted in WordPress.com.
Sorry. -
Hi Tory, this indeed seems to be an issue with GoDaddy, here is a potentially useful link:

Galois, thanks. However, I already know that GoDaddy and WordPress are not the same company.

Thank you for the link, abreujamil. I have had GoDaddy looking at this and the setup on their side seems correct. So, I was wondering if there are any WordPress settings that might be restricting the RSS feed.

I have a business blog [Bold Ventures] that is attached to my business website aBusinessPlan.com. I don’t want posts on YourPsychicBusiness to go to the same LinkedIn/G+/FB — the venture capitalists tend to get a little squeamish when they see the word “psychic” [grin] So, I disabled those links on Publisize for the psychic site. That is why I am wondering if one of those links is my problem. By the way, the psychic site has been up a couple of days and I already have organic traffic! Maybe the VCs should pay attention … [grin]

@galois As I mentioned, I’m new and bit confused about the discrepancy, but my understanding here is that she has a wordpress.com hosted site that is being pushed to a GoDaddy domain via RSS. Wouldn’t that make this the right place to ask?
@toryduff It may be
On the WordPress side:
– Check on your Dashboard under Settings -> Reading, the “Syndication feeds show the most recent” option. On the GoDaddy side:
– On step #6 of the GoDaddy link I shared before, check the “# of listings” option
