How do I get my blogs to come up again when they are typed into Google?

None of my blogs come up when I type them in. They are http://www.munnequineart.wordpress.com and http://www.rifetreatments.wordpress.com. In fact someone has put the site called Oscar Seek to come up when my http://www.rifetreatments.wordpress.com is typed in and he is selling Rife Beam Ray machines which don’t work and which I talk about in my blog saying they don’t work. My blog address http://www.rifetreatments.wordpress.com is printed out under his heading of Oscar Seek but you can’t access it, it is nowhere on his site at all. I believe that this person is trying to hide the truth from the public about my experience with the Rife Beam Ray so that he can sell his machines. This is deceitful and fraudulent. How can I get my http://www.rifetreatments.wordpress.com blog to come up when it is typed into Google? and how can I get http://www.munnequineart.wordpress.com to come up. They both used to work, what have you done to change your system? Please let me know what to do to fix this problem or get into your system and fix it for me because this is just wrong to wipe me off the internet and to let this Oscar Seek person to wipe me out. Please respond immediately.
