How do I get my Carousel in the Lenscap theme to show on the Home Page along with my blog posts? It

  Well what can I do? Please give me an option. Can I change the order of the blog posts? It looks very redundant to have a list of vertical posts that are exactly the same as the category posts. The vertical blog list will show my most recent posts. If the Category list does as well then it looks redundant. What can I do? Please give me an alternative as I looks very amateur to have a list of the same vertical posts listed horizontally below.

  This is how your theme is designed to work. The only alternative is to disable the category menu in the footer completely. You can do that in the Customizer under Theme Options ->General Settings.

  I don’t want to do that. I want them to see the categories. It just doesn’t make sense to me that a designer would want the same posts that appear on the list to be duplicated below. I wish there was a way around this.

  Your main posts list will show the most recent posts from all categories, in the order they were published, not ordered by category. The category menu only shows the 4 most recent posts from one category. Unless all your recent posts in the main list have the same category, the category menu won’t show the exact same posts.

  If I look at your front page, of the posts listed there three are in the Lifestyle category. So I would expect all three to appear in the Lifestyle tab in the category menu as well, as they are the 3 most recent posts published in that category.

  However, if I click on Beauty, it only matches one post in the main list, as there’s only one of your recent posts in that category.

  If I click Self-Help, Celebrity, or Health, none of the posts listed in the categories section matches your front page, because you haven’t recently used those categories on any new posts.

  So you do control this, by how you add categories to your posts. If you publish a bunch of posts in a row using the same category, the category menu is going to show the same posts for that category. But if you vary your categories on new posts, there won’t be exact duplication like you’re seeing for Lifestyle at the moment.
