How do I get my custom header to work when I upload the image?

When I try to upload an image as a custom header, it does not show when I press “visit your site” to see how it looks. I am using the Chunk theme and should be able to customize my header. Please help!

Go here > Appearance> Header and upload an image of the correct dimensions
Chunk 800 pixels X 140 pixels
click “save changes”
