How do I get my domain back?

  My domain registration has expired and I can’t see the “Renew” button in My Upgrades. It has been months, and I’m tired of waiting. Also, I’d like for the site to actually be “jacobmuselmann.com” and not just redirect to the .wordpress.com account. Help!

  You need the staff to clear some old domain info from your account so you can purchase the domain name again – i have flagged this for the staff to help
