How do i get my domain back

  I purchased the premium subscription (including my domain name), but found out that I need business level for what I want to do. I canceled/requested a refund for the original purchase, but would like my domain name back. how do I do that?

  Hi! You were refunded for everything, including the domain. The domain was cancelled, and will be released after about 5 days. At that point you can re-register it if you’d like.

  Or, if you’d like us to restore the domain here, we can work with you on that. You could point it to your new host and then transfer its registration after the 60 day waiting period imposed by ICANN. We’d just need to charge for the domain, as we do need to pay for it if it does not end up being released.
