How do I get my domain name back?

    I purchased a domain name and the person who was taking care of my site messed up my site and my site is no longer up and running. The person also has not responded to any of messages or calls and I can no longer access my account either. I do have proof of purchase for the domain name, and I was wondering how I can get my info back, and get my site up and running again. Thank you for your time.
