How do I get my drafts to come up on my different devices?

    I am a beginner at blogging and have much to learn. Perhaps someone in the community can assist me with my little problem.
    I don’t get to write an entry from start to finish and end up working on drafts and saving them on 3 different devices: HP laptop, iPad and iPhone. my problem is the drafts aren’t shared between devices. How do I get this to happen for me, so that when I update a draft on one device and try to pick up the thread on another device I will have the most current draft at my fingertips?
