How do I get my free URL?

I signed up and wrote one paragraph. My problem is how do I get the free URL so others can view this not using my user name of meredithmn, but my blog name of Lolly’s_glorious_adventure? See what is given for blog URL-that was not intended to be my blog URL, but my user name. Dashboard currently says “only visible to you.” Then after we resolve that how do I change the look of my blog so the Title isn’t spread over more than one line? Do I choose a different theme? Before I subscribe for a year, I need to know if this is user friendly.

If you want to change the blog address ie. the URL, to for example http://lollysgloriousadventure.wordpress.com then you must be logged in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the blog to do that by using this guide http://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/ Read carefully first and proceed with caution.
