How do I get my front page of posts to appear on the menu?

  I must have deleted the default front page. Now I can still post and the posts are visible, but i don’t know how to place that page of posts on the menu. In the menu widget, the posts page doesn’t appear as an existing page to add to the menu.

  You can create a page with a blog archive of all your WordPress.com blog’s posts using the [archives] shortcode.
