How do I get my homepage to look like the Adventure demo?

    I’ve just purchased the Adventure premium theme. I chose it because I like the static page (about) on the homepage in addition to the display of chronological posts. I also chose it for the slider. I can’t figure out how to make mine show the sticky “about” and to also show my chronological posts on the homepage. (It’s asking me for either/or… static or not). Also, I can’t find an option to create a slider. Thank you for your help. I may need to ask for a refund if I can’t get mine to look like the demo :) Much appreciation for your assistance!
