How do I get my individual images to open like a gallery of images?

  How can I get my individual images to open like a gallery when you click on it from the blog. Right now when you click on an individual image (not in a gallery) the image opens in a separate window and looks funny. When you click on a gallery, it open over the top of the blog and looks really nice. Help!…..

  Link the individual images to the attachment page, not the file.
