How do I get my menu to link to a 3rd party forum?

  I would like to make a forum tab on my menu that links to a forum I am creating using freeforums.org. So the visitor would go to my wordpress site, and when they click on the Forum menu option, it would automatically send them to the forum on the freeforums.org site.

  Found it! Under Appearance and Menus, use the the custom links console on the left to add a link to a menu button.
