how do i get my pages back online?

    my blog seems to be blocked from going live at ipage. i didnt set up the wordpress blog my ex girlfriend did and shes deliberately done something to block my page. i dont have the ipage password. ive tried to reset my dns number at the domain settings page. but this doesnt seem to help. what can i do?
