How Do I Get My Pages to Show up at Top of Blog

  Maybe I’m being dumb, but I can’t seem to figure it out.
  I have several different pages, but I can’t find where the settings are to make them appear at the top of my blog.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
