How do I get my personal e-mail address change approved?

I had to change my personal e-mail address and your administrator has not approved the change yet. Would you please permit the change from “(email visible only to moderators and staff)” to “(email visible only to moderators and staff)” ?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Please contact the person who has the username account that registered the blog in question.

You must be logged in under the exact same username account that registered any blog and who is the Admin of the blog to access it and change the email address.

We have two separate email address settings at WordPress.com.
Blog notifications for the Admin (like comment moderation, Likes, new subscriptions, etc) are sent to the email address at Settings -> General in the Dashboard.
Personal notifications (like comments on your post, subscription emails, and upgrade renewals) are sent to the email address at Users -> Personal Settings in the Dashboard.

Hi every one, am not good at writing specially html am trying my best not to make too many mistakes. As long as my computer doesn’t keep changing line it driving me mad and I want to trow it out the window
as am short of every thing at this moment, since it cost me lot money to start whit out experience. well that what i have to say I need something to work soon but since am short of every thing at this moment I cant outsource ether . -
